Don Miller is the Chairman and Founder of DM&A, the largest general food service consulting firm in North America. Jim Webb is the Founder and Principal of Webb Food Service Design, Inc., an award winning commercial kitchen and dining design firm based in Tustin, CA, with offices in Las Vegas, NV, Northern CA, and Colorado. The Webb Design team of designers, project managers, strategic planners, and equipment specialists have experienced great success creating unique and efficient dining in K-12, College and University, Health Care, and other hospitality environments. Jim is the visionary and driving force behind Webb Design.
